Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 4 hours of being placed.
After 4 hours, we begin production, and we are no longer able to cancel or change the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Non-Personalized Items
We accept returns or exchanges for non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

To start a return or exchange, please contact us via our contact form to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.

Personalized Items
Personalized items are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or an error occurred in production.

Please double-check your personalization details, size (use size charts), and color selection before submitting your order.

If you receive a defective personalized item, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a discounted replacement.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund options.
