Returns and Exchanges:
Non-Personalized Items: We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new and not worn. Simply contact us via our contact form for an authorization number and we will walk you through the process.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are made to order. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for these items. However, we can offer a discount for a new purchase to correct the issue. Please ensure you are choosing the correct color and size, and double check your personalization.
NOTE: If there is a defect or something wrong with the printing of your item, please snap a photo and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancel or Modifications:
Because each item is made to order just for you, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. You may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we're unable to make modifications or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our made-to-order process!
