AI Imagery Disclosure

Due to new regulations requiring disclosure of AI-generated images that depict people, we are providing the following notice to our visitors and customers.

Some images used throughout our websites and marketing materials may include AI-generated people or AI-enhanced visual elements. These images help us create realistic lifestyle scenes that demonstrate how our products may be worn or used while helping reduce the significant costs associated with professional photography. This allows us to continue offering quality products at affordable prices.

To comply with these regulations, certain images may display an "AI Generated" watermark or disclosure.

For example, many of our product images—including our coffee bag photos—are professional studio photographs of the actual products we sell. Because these images do not depict people, no AI disclosure is required. In addition, many images throughout our websites are original photographs, product images, customer-submitted photos, licensed mockups, or licensed photography.

The presence of an AI disclosure on an image should not be interpreted to mean that all images on the page were generated using artificial intelligence. Rather, it indicates that a specific person image may contain AI-generated content.

We do everything in our power to ensure product images accurately represent the actual products offered for sale. For example, a motorcycle lifestyle image may use an AI-generated background, motorcycle, rider, or scene while still displaying the exact t-shirt design, garment color, and product being sold.

AI-generated images are used primarily to create illustrative, promotional, or lifestyle scenes that help customers visualize how products may look or be used in real-world settings. Product details, descriptions, colors, size charts, and specifications should always be referenced for the most accurate representation of the item being purchased.
