Cancellation and Modification Policy

We understand that order details may occasionally need to be changed after an order is placed.

Order Modifications

Please contact MoonShadow and MoonLight as soon as possible if you need to request a change to your shipping address, size, color, quantity, or another order detail. Changes may depend on whether your order has already entered processing or fulfillment.  

Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order just for you, cancellations and modifications are time-sensitive. Any cancellations or modifications must be made within 4 hours of placing your order. Production begins shortly after your order is received to help ensure timely delivery.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order. Our Terms of Service also note that Faith Real Apparel may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
