Are your T-Shirts true to size?

The manufacturer recommends the following:
- For a relaxed fit: Order 1 size up
- For a loose fit: Order 2 sizes up
- For an oversize fit: Order 3 sizes up
Please use the Size Chart on each product to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
A good way to understand the size chart is to lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit and compare the measurement to the size chart in the photos.

What printing method is used?

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is used.
- DTG produces sharp, detailed, and vibrant full-color prints.
- The ink soaks into the fabric, making the print feel soft and comfortable to wear, unlike screen printing which can create a stiffer feel.
- With proper care, DTG prints can be quite durable and long-lasting.
- DTG printing can be used on a variety of fabrics, including cotton.
- Eco-Friendly: DTG printing typically uses water-based inks, which are considered more environmentally friendly than solvent-based inks used in other printing methods.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Because each item is made to order just for you, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. You may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. Thank you for understanding and for supporting our made-to-order process!
What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and Exchanges:
Non-Personalized Items: We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new and not worn. Simply contact us via our contact form for an authorization number and we will walk you through the process.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are made to order. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for these items. However, we can offer a discount for a new purchase to correct the issue. Please ensure you are choosing the correct color and size, and double check your personalization.
NOTE: If there is a defect or something wrong with the printing of your item, please snap a photo and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
