Welcome to MoonShadow and MoonLight
Hi Everyone, I am Angela, owner and designer for MoonShadow and MoonLight, where we create made-to-order T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Totes, Hats, Mugs/Tumblers, Ornaments, and more—all designed with heart and printed with care. My journey started back in the 1970s, hosting T-Shirt Parties before it was even a thing! I’d bring a sample of each design, and guests could choose their favorite in the color and size they wanted. Orders were placed on the spot, and the company would handle the printing and shipping. People loved it—and so did I. Eventually, life shifted. I got married, raised my son, and built a career in the corporate world. But like so many others, after COVID I found myself longing to do something more personal and fulfilling that allows me to work from home. That’s when I decided it was time to return to what I loved—creating and sharing designs that bring people joy. It took a few years since COVID, but I am back—this time with MoonShadow and MoonLight, blending passion with modern style and service. I create all of the designs. Most products are delivered within 8-10 days from date of purchase. Magnets ship from Canada and typically take 14-15 days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories may take an additional 7-12 business days. We are a Trust Site® merchant and respect your privacy. We would never sell your information. Are your T-Shirts true to size?

The manufacturer recommends the following:
- For a relaxed fit: Order 1 size up
- For a loose fit: Order 2 sizes up
- For an oversize fit: Order 3 sizes up
Please use the Size Chart on each product to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
A good way to understand the size chart is to lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit and compare the measurement to the size chart in the photos.
Washing and Care Instructions

For our T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, and Hoodies
PLEASE WASH BEFORE WEARING. A pre-treatment is added during the printing process and your item needs to be washed before wearing so that it doesn't fade in the sun or run if it is raining.
-Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F) with like colors
-Wash the item inside out to protect the print
-Do not bleach
-Dryer: Tumble Air dry and hang up
-Iron: Steam or dry-low heat, inside out and not directly over print
-Do not dryclean

What type of printing method is used?

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is used.
- DTG produces sharp, detailed, and vibrant full-color prints.
- The ink soaks into the fabric, making the print feel soft and comfortable to wear, unlike screen printing which can create a stiffer feel.
- With proper care, DTG prints can be quite durable and long-lasting.
- DTG printing can be used on a variety of fabrics, including cotton.
- Eco-Friendly: DTG printing typically uses water-based inks, which are considered more environmentally friendly than solvent-based inks used in other printing methods.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Because each item is made to order just for you, any cancellations or modifications must be made within 12 hours of order. Production begins shortly after your order is received to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for understanding and supporting our made-to-order process.
What is your return and exchange Policy?

Returns and Exchanges:
Non-Personalized Items: We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new and not worn. Simply contact us via our contact form for an authorization number and we will walk you through the process.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are made to order. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for these items. However, we can offer a discount for a new purchase to correct the issue. Please ensure you are choosing the correct color and size, and double check your personalization before submitting your order.
NOTE: If there is a defect or something wrong with the printing of your item, please snap a photo and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
